As you may be aware Box Hill School will be celebrating its Golden Jubilee in 2009 and as part of this we are launching our Jubilee Appeal to help pay for special Jubilee Bursaries and structural works to the school.

 

If you would like to contribute towards this appeal there are various ways in which you can help:

 

1) You can send in a donation to the school by cheque.

Please make all cheques payable to: COIF DEPOSIT FUND.

 

If you are a tax payer then please also fill in a Gift Aid Declaration Form and enclose it with your cheque. If you do not fill in a form, please can you write your name and address on the back of your cheque.

 

2) You can make a contribution to the Jubilee Celebrations:

 

To make these celebratory events successful and to raise as much money as possible we would be very grateful for any support and help. Box Hill Day:

Transport

We will require several busses to transport people to and from Guildford Cathedral. The cost of one bus is £170 and up to seven may be needed. Could you pay towards the hire of the busses?

 

Dinner at the House of Commons:

Donating an item for the Auction

Do you own a cottage in Cornwall that you could offer for a family to stay at in the summer? Do you know anyone famous who could sign some memorabilia? Do you own a restaurant and could offer a free three-course meal for four? Are you an artist or sculptor who could donate a piece of work? Could your company donate anything; free tickets, alcohol, hampers etc?

 

Flowers

At the dinner we want to have various floral arrangements; could you provide the flowers? Or perhaps you could sponsor some of the arrangements? Perhaps the arrangements could then be auctioned off at the end of the evening?

 

Sponsorship

Would you or your company be interested in Sponsoring part of the event, for example the drinks or the after Dinner speaker?
